NVIDIA MMA4Z00-NS400 Compatible 400G OSFP SR4 Flat Top PAM4 Optical Transceiver Module (850nm MTP/MPO12 OM3/OM4 50m with FEC DDM)

This product is a 400Gb/s Octal Small Form-factor Pluggable (OSFP) optical module designed for 50m with OM4 fiber optical communication applications. The module converts 4 channels of 100Gb/s (PAM4) electrical input data to 4 channels of parallel optical signals, each capable of 100Gb/s operation for an aggregate data rate of 400Gb/s. On the receiver side, the module converts 4 channels of parallel optical signals of 100Gb/s each into 4 channels of 100Gb/s (PAM4) electrical output data. The MPO-12 connector can be plugged into the OSFP112 SR4 module jack with 4 channels, and the guide pins inside the receptacle ensure proper alignment. The electrical connection is achieved through an OSFP MSA-compliant edge-type connector. The I2C interface supports reading and controlling this product's status.
