Return Policy

How to Start a Return

1. Download , complete the RMA form, and email it to support@alistar.ltd.
2. Our support team will contact you to confirm your request and approve the return, exchange, or refund.
3. Once approved, ship the item(s) to our warehouse.
4. Wait for processing to complete for your return, exchange, or refund.

Return Conditions

Contact support before returning any product. Alistar does not accept unauthorized returns and will not cover associated costs.

1. Make sure the product is in like-new condition with no damage. Keep all packaging and shipping documents — they may be required.
2. After shipping, provide the tracking number and a copy of the receipt to help monitor the return process.
3. The RMA form must include detailed information: buyer name, contact details, address, order number, etc.

Return Policy

Standard products (excluding consumables and custom items) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. This includes optical transceivers, CWDM/DWDM MUX&DEMUX (CWDM OADM, DWDM OADM).

Alistar allows returns or exchanges within 30 days with no need to provide a reason. Buyer covers shipping and customs fees.

Returning Defective Products Under Warranty

If a defect is due to manufacturing and not misuse, we’ll replace or repair the item during the warranty period. Alistar covers shipping and customs fees upon inspection. Compensation may be offered if agreed upon.

Pickup Service

If a defect is found within 30 days or during the warranty period, Alistar can arrange a pickup. Just pack the RMA and documents — the carrier will contact you. Replacement or repair will follow inspection. A return request and approval are required first.

Returns After Warranty Expiration

If the warranty has expired, items can be repaired for a reasonable fee or replaced with a discount. The customer is responsible for both shipping costs and customs charges.

Returns of Consumables and Custom-Made Items

Unless there is a factory defect (DOA), returns or refunds within 30 days are not available for these products.

Consumables

Consumables include items like optical patch cords. Custom-made products include items such as DAC/AOC cables of specific lengths. A full list of warranty terms and product types is available in our warranty policy.
