The 100G BIDI QSFP28 optical transceiver uses TX1291nm/RX1311nm wavelengths with PAM4 signaling for transmission up to 20 km over single-mode fiber. The module supports data rates of 103.125/106.25 Gbps using PAM4 signaling over a simplex LC connector, utilizing the QSFP28 form factor. This bidirectional transceiver fully complies with QSFP28 MSA, 802.3cu, SFF-8636, and SFF-8679 standards for 100GBASE-LR1 BIDI applications. The module supports hot-swapping and features an I2C interface with built-in digital diagnostics monitoring functions.
