400G QSFP-DD ER4 Lite PAM4 4 LWDM Lanes MUX/DEMUX Design Optical Transceiver Module (LWDM4 SMF LC 30km with FEC DDM)
The product is a 400Gb/s quad-channel small form factor pluggable dual density (QSFP-DD) optical module designed for optical communication applications. The module converts 8 channels of 50Gb/s (PAM4) electrical input data into four LAN-WDM optical signals, multiplexed into one channel for 400Gb/s optical transmission. Conversely, on the receiver side, the module optically demultiplexes the 400Gb/s optical input into four channels of WDM optical signals and converts them into 8 channels of 50Gb/s (PAM4) electrical output data. The four LAN WDM channels have center wavelengths of 1295.56, 1300.05, 1304.58, and 1309.14 nm, which belong to the LAN WDM wavelength grid defined in IEEE802.3ba. It contains a duplex LC connector for the optical interface and a 76-pin connector for the electrical interface. The 400G KP4 FEC can support transmission distances of up to 30 kilometers. The electrical interface is IEEE 802.3bs compliant with QSFP-DD MSA in the transceiver direction, and the optical interface is IEEE 802.3bs compliant with a duplex LC connector.
