NVIDIA MMS4X00-NS Compatible 800G-DR8 OSFP Transceiver Modules are designed for 800 Gigabit Ethernet links over 100m of single-mode fiber. The module has 8 independent electrical input/output channels, each operating at up to 106.25Gbps. The transceiver consists of two transmitter/receiver units, each operating on a set of wavelengths on the 1310nm ITU G.694.2 CWDM grid. The module's transmitter path consists of a bidirectional PAM4 re-timer ASIC integrating a silicon photonic laser and two 4-channel modulator drivers.
