H3C OSFP800-800G-DR8-SM1310-DMPO Compatible 800G-DR8 OSFP Optical Transceiver Module (SMF, 1310nm, 500m, Dual MTP/MPO-12, DOM)

OSFP 8x100G DR transceiver modules are designed for 800 Gigabit Ethernet links over 500m of single-mode fiber. The module has 8 independent electrical input/output channels, each operating at up to 106.25Gbps. This transceiver consists of two transmitter/receiver units, with each operating on a set of wavelengths on the ITU G.694.2 CWDM grid at 1310nm. The module's transmitter path consists of a bidirectional PAM4 re-timer ASIC integrated with a silicon photonic laser and two 4-channel modulator drivers. On the receiver path, 8 photodiodes and two 4-channel TIA arrays are used, along with a PAM4 re-timer.
