NVIDIA MMS4X00-NM Compatible 800Gb/s Twin-port OSFP 2x400G Optical Transceiver Module (SMF, 1310nm, 500m, Dual MTP/MPO-12, DOM)

NVIDIA MMS4X00-NM Compatible 800G-DR8 OSFP Transceiver Modules are designed for 800 Gigabit Ethernet links over 500m of single-mode fiber. The module has 8 independent electrical input/output channels, each operating at up to 106.25Gbps. The transceiver consists of two transmitter/receiver units, each operating on a set of wavelengths on the 1310nm ITU G.694.2 CWDM grid. The module's transmitter path consists of a bidirectional PAM4 re-timer ASIC integrating a silicon photonic laser and two 4-channel modulator drivers. On the receiver path, 8 photodiodes and two 4-channel TIA arrays, and a PAM4 re-timer are used.
